TSict ATEX Series Are Now Complete!

TSict announced four ATEX (Ex d IIC T6 Gb, Ex t IIIC T8 Db) certified versions of its leading explosion proof equipments designed to upgrade conventional CCTV cameras or network cameras in potentially hazardous industries such as oil and gas, mining, chemical and pharmaceutical manufacturing. The addition of these four specialist devices for hazardous work environments (Zone 1 or Zone 2 contained Group IIA, IIB and IIC gases, Zone 21 or Zone 2) underlines TSict’s commitment to the video surveillance industrial market with zero compatibility on worldwide camera brands.

TSAX1730, rated with IP68 and IK10 protection standard, constructed by AISI SS304 material (AISI SS316L optional), it is perfected designed to hold box or bullet type cameras with measuring dimension of less than 330 mm × 105 mm diameter. For dusted areas, wiper function is optional.

TSAX1930 and TSAX1310 are made up of AISI SS304 material (AISI SS316L optional) cylindrical body, the system combines pan/tilt, camera housing (single for TSAX1930 and double for TSAX1310), wiper system and optional telemetry receiver into one fully integrated easy to install and maintain unit. No external wiring cabling design between the pan/tilt and camera housing fulfills maximum security during hazardous installation conditions. For longer night view requirement, the replacement of laser instead of inbuilt IR lighting source is applicable.

TSAX0940, a ten inches ATEX & IP68 explosion proof dome camera housing, is dedicated to hold any type of dome cameras with customized premade internal mounting design. Both constructions are available (AISI SS304 & SS316L). Besides, depending on various installation requirements, TSict proposes the most complete optional mounting brackets to work with TSAX0940 thus fulfills maximum hazardous installation conditions.

TSAR0100 is an ATEX explosion proof washer and reservoir composed by a 10 liter reservoir; both AISI SS304 and AISI SS316L are available. It is specially designed to use in Zone 1 or Zone 2 contained Group IIA, IIB and IIC gases, the mixture circumstance with the explosive gas atmospheres and flammable mists or dusts, where is classified as Zone 21 or Zone 22. For any highly dusted and corrosive areas, TSAR0100 is applicable to work with all kinds of cameras.
